The Spotted eagle-owl – Bubo africanus is a medium/large sized owl of Type – nocturnal-raptor Family Strigidae and the Order Strigiformes. It is resident in s s Africa, and S & SE Arabia, and in the AWB Region it is resident in E Oman and the coastal regions of SW Arabia from Jeddah to Dhofar.
